1. Who we are

2. Purpose of the site

This site presents DOMA Labs's services and work. Its content is for information only and is not a contractual offer. Services are provided under the proposal and contract agreed with each client, which prevail over these terms.

Prices and timelines shown (for example in the FAQ) are estimates and are not binding.

3. Intellectual property

The design, copy, code, the DOMA brand and logo belong to DOMA Labs. Projects shown belong to their respective clients and are displayed with their permission. Copying, reproducing or distributing this content without prior written permission is not allowed.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site for unlawful purposes, not to try to access restricted areas and not to send offensive content, spam or malicious code through the contact form.

5. Liability

We aim to keep information accurate and the site available but cannot guarantee it is free of errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, DOMA Labs is not liable for damages arising from the use of the site or of linked third-party sites.

6. External links

The site links to client websites, app stores and social networks. We don't control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

7. Personal data

How we process personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

8. Governing law and disputes

Portuguese law applies. The courts of Lisbon have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules.

If you are a consumer, you may use an alternative dispute resolution body such as CNIACC — Centro Nacional de Informação e Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo (www.cniacc.pt), and the Portuguese electronic complaints book (www.livroreclamacoes.pt).
