Background[01]
Honi Beach Club and UPS are two of northern Portugal's most electric nightlife venues — each with its own loyal crowd, its own energy, its own identity. But operating as separate entities meant their communities never fully merged. Two clubs, two audiences, zero shared infrastructure.
Challenge[02]
Customers had no dedicated platform to track events, buy tickets, or access early releases. Announcements lived on social media. Ticket sales happened on generic third-party platforms. The clubs had no direct line to their audience — and no way to reward the people who showed up every weekend.
Goal[03]
DOMA built CIRCLE: a single mobile app uniting both venues under one brand. The brief was precise — give loyal customers priority access to everything before it goes public. Early bird tickets, event galleries, curated playlists, push notifications, community. One seamless experience that reflects the same atmosphere you find on the dancefloor.
Results[04]
Launched on iOS and Android in March 2026, CIRCLE crossed 3,000 users in its first weeks. Fidelity subscriptions increased measurably as customers opted into the early access tier. Two previously separate communities now move as one — a single entity with a shared identity, built around the app.

"We wanted something that felt like the club — not like a ticketing website. DOMA got that immediately. CIRCLE is the first thing our regulars open on a Friday."
